Arinaitwe Rugendo – Founder ASIST

Arinaitwe Rugyendo is a veteran media entrepreneur and scholar with over two decades of experience in journalism and communication. He holds a BA in Social Science from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication from the University of Leicester, and an MSc in Marketing from Salford University, UK.

Rugyendo is the Found of ASIST – African School of Innovation Science and Technology and leads Young Engineers Uganda, a STEM education initiative using LEGO and robotics to train young Ugandan innovators and problem-solvers. His dedication to nurturing future generations reflects his belief in education’s transformative power.

Maureen Karamagi – Co -Founder & CEO ASIST

Experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Analytical Skills, Coaching, Sales, and Team Building. Strong business development professional graduated from MUK.

Allen Nanyongo – Head of Carriculum

Experience frontend developer skilled in Html, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node, and MongoDB, problem-solving and passionate STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) educator/coach. Strong and professional IT skills in, team building, mentoring, organization, and communication skills.
