About the 2026 Championship
The Uganda National STEM & Robotics Championship returns for 2026, bigger than ever. At the UMA Multipurpose Hall in Kampala, hundreds of teams from primary, secondary and tertiary institutions will compete across more than a dozen categories.
Expect robotics arenas, a science fair, AI and coding challenges, drone and underwater-robotics demonstrations, an innovation exhibition, and an awards ceremony that crowns Uganda's brightest young engineers.
Who can take part
Open to primary, secondary and tertiary institutions across Uganda. Teams register by category; a single school may enter multiple teams.

Register your team online before the deadline, download the rule book and category guidelines from the Download Center, and prepare for the regional qualifiers leading into the national finals.
